Cancellation Policy
Booking fees are non-refundable for any reason. Cancellations must be made via telephone. The following cancellation policy will apply: - more than 48 hours notice 50% booking fee refund - less than 48 hours notice 0% booking fee refund - no booking fee refund for any cancellation on a rescheduled appointment Any cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will incur a $50 service charge NO SHOWS will incur a $50 service charge
