BOUTIQUE POLICIES & GUEST INFORMATION
Welcome to Luxe and Lace. To ensure an intimate, luxury experience for every guest and to protect our exclusive special-order inventory, we kindly ask that you review our boutique policies prior to booking your appointment.
1. Appointment & Fitting Policy
-
Active Event Shoppers Only: Because we are a specialized boutique with limited private suites, our styling sessions and fitting rooms are strictly reserved for clients who are actively shopping for an upcoming wedding or formal event.

-
No Recreational Try-Ons: To maintain the pristine condition of our high-value gowns, we do not accommodate casual or recreational try-ons.

-
Required Booking Details: An active event date and an estimated gown budget must be provided to secure any styling session.
2. Booking Fees & Cancellations
We charge a booking fee for all bridal appointments to secure your private suite and a dedicated stylist.

-
Appointment Booking Fees: All appointment booking fees are non-refundable and reserve your dedicated appointment time. Booking fees are not applied toward the purchase of merchandise unless expressly stated as part of a limited-time promotional event. Any promotional booking fee credit is valid only toward the purchase of a gown made during the scheduled event appointment.

-
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Booking fees for late cancellations or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
3. Guest & Boutique Etiquette
-
Guest Counts: To keep our boutique intimate and comfortable for everyone, we allow a maximum of 6 guests to accompany the shopper.

-
Children & Family: We completely understand that securing childcare isn't always easy, and we welcome your family to be a part of your journey! To ensure a safe environment and to protect our delicate garments, we require that a dedicated adult member of your group (other than the shopper) be responsible for supervising young children at all times. Please note that our stylists must focus entirely on the fitting and cannot be responsible for supervising or controlling children during the appointment.

-
Food & Drink: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the boutique to prevent accidental spills on our inventory. Exceptions may be made with advanced written request and permission from the boutique.
4. Preparing For Your Appointment
-
Undergarments: To ensure the proper fit and silhouette of our gowns, we require that proper undergarments (underwear or shapewear) be worn during your fitting session.

-
Makeup & Tanning: We kindly request that you avoid heavy body makeup, fresh sunless tanner, or strong fragrances on the day of your appointment to prevent staining the fabrics.

-
Tattoos & Skin Care: If you have a recent tattoo that is currently healing, flaking, or peeling, it must be completely covered by a bandage or clothing during your fitting. To protect our delicate fabrics and sample gowns, we cannot permit exposed healing skin or fresh ink to come into contact with the inventory.
