Review Full Position Details Position Overview The Boutique Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the boutique runs smoothly each day. From welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service to maintaining store appearance and assisting with merchandising, this role supports both the sales team and management in creating an exceptional in-store experience. Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly attitude. - Provide styling suggestions and help customers find the perfect look. - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. - Assist with unpacking, tagging, steaming, and displaying new merchandise. - Support stylists during appointments as needed. - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Monitor fitting rooms and ensure items are returned to the proper place. - Assist with social media content (photographing merchandise, posting updates, etc.) if requested. - Perform light housekeeping duties to keep the boutique presentation-ready at all times. - Support closing and opening procedures. Qualifications - Previous retail, customer service, or boutique experience preferred but not required. - Passion for fashion, styling, and customer care. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
